Laybys can be arranged for up to four (4) months. A 10% cancellation fee of the total amount paid applies should layby be cancelled.
Proforma invoices/quotations are valid for thirty (30) days.
All inspections of equipment on full payment will be done on GA Field Marking Suppliers premises.
Transport and installation costs of all equipment will be charged separately.
Exports: No vat will be charged on all exported products provided that the customer returns to our offices the original completed and stamped customs SAD500 form.
No refunds of payment are allowed on all goods accepted in good condition.
Exchange of equipment can be arranged if equipment remains on the same condition that it was supplied and provided the customer is willing to pay the price difference quoted for the exchange.
Warranty on electrical faults is 6 months. Warranty on mechanical faults is 1 year.
Warranty does not cover mishandling or incorrect use of equipment or damages by acts of nature.
Warranty of supplied equipment does not cover the transportation of equipment to the factory for free repairs.
No reconditioned/second-hand equipment is supplied. But if supplied by the customers request, no warranties will be given.
No returns on safety equipment except in the cases of incorrect sizes or capacities.
All equipment correctly manufactured to clients specifications are non-refundable.
All correctly invoiced equipment is non-refundable.
Please allow for 10 working days for refund of all cancelled orders by layby terms.
Approved refunds 10 working days processing period with 10% handling fees deducted.
Deliveries done by third parties/courier companies and damages that may result is at client’s risk. Client and third parties/courier companies to bear responsibility or take up insurance on items delivered by courier/third parties.
